Brighton & Hove Pride 2026
Brighton Pride is the UK’s Biggest LGBTQ+ Pride Festival, which took place over two days on the 1st and 2nd of August 2026, with this years theme being The Power Of Love. Behind the Curtain takes a look at the stand out performances, crew working the stages, and behind the scenes events of what it looks like and takes for a show this big to happen.
The first day had Brighton’s Pride Parade taking over the streets in the morning and moving through the city, celebrating the LGBTQ+ community with over 100 groups taking part. This parade ended just down the street from where Pride In The Park then kicked off shortly after. This large and diverse event included performances from major artists and members of the LGBTQ+ space, as well as a mix of stages with varied performers, Main, Community, Legends Cabaret and Queer Town all being some of these stages.
With so many stages and performances, it was impossible to capture everything this amazing two day event had to offer. However, here you’ll be able to see some of the biggest performances and the feeling and moments from behind the scenes that not everyone gets to see or know about.
